Tom Cox, VP, Client Development at The Oliver Group, will address the Tennessee Hospitality Association on August 27 at their annual breakfast.

Cox's presentation will occur during the breakfast on August 27, which is 8:30 - 9:45 a.m. Cox, Vice President, Client Development at The Oliver Group, previously led teams at Marriott International and General Electric. At The Oliver Group, he consults on the executive level, facilitating execution plans through coaching and creating performance-based organizations.

His presentation will focus on the impact leaders have on the culture and financial performance of an organization and what organizations need to think about in developing high performing leaders.
