The REMM Group Adds Management of Nine Multifamily Communities

In the past two months The REMM Group has been awarded real estate management of nine additional multifamily communities totaling 864 units.

The REMM Group announced today that they have added nine multifamily communities to their Southern California real estate management portfolio since mid-June. “The properties are diverse,” said The REMM Group CEO Sara D'Elia. “They demonstrate the range of our expertise.” The properties vary in size up to 221 units. They include three senior communities, one HUD property, and several luxury apartments.

“Each of the properties has its own set of unique circumstances.” Ms. D’Elia added. “Some are going to require renovations to achieve the standard today’s renters and the property owners want. That is in line with our strategy to manage each asset as well as the rental income. Our goal is to create value by delivering increased income now and extending the life of the property for a prolonged return.”

One of the luxury communities is Villa Boutique Apartment Homes in Palm Springs. The 104 unit property is built to condominium standards. The one and two bedroom apartment homes have vaulted ceilings, designer colors, new kitchen cabinets, and in-unit washers and dryers. The beautifully landscaped property is just minutes from all the entertainment, shopping, and dining the area has to offer. There are two pools and two spas at Villa Boutique and numerous golf courses nearby.

Cypress Park Apartment Homes located at 9591 Graham St Cypress, CA.

Park San Dimas Senior Apartment Homes located at 265 W Foothill Blvd. San Dimas, CA.

South Olive Apartment Homes located at 241 S Olive in Alhambra, CA.

The Palms Apartment Homes located at 4829 W. 120th Street in Hawthorne, CA.

Villa Boutique Apartment Homes located at 1700 South Araby Drive, Palm Springs CA.

With this addition of these 864 multifamily units, The REMM Group currently manages over 4,000 apartment units. “I am very involved with the on site management of the multifamily properties,” said Ms. D'Elia. “It has been a busy month."
