BROADMOOR Announces New Director of Sales and Marketing
The BROADMOOR announces that Mr. David C. Fine has taken the position as Director of Sales and Marketing.
Colorado Springs, CO (Vocus/PRWEB ) January 24, 2007 -- The BROADMOOR , the longest winning Five-Star Five-Diamond resort in the U.S., announces that Mr. David C. Fine has taken the position as Director of Sales and Marketing.
Mr. Fine comes to The BROADMOOR with 26 years of experience in sales and senior executive management positions. He began in hotel sales working for Hyatt Corporation as Sales Manager/ Corporate Management Trainee for the Hyatt Wilshire Hotel in Los Angeles, California. From 1984 to 1994 Mr. Fine worked as Director of Sales for the San Diego Princess Resort and then the Sheraton Harbor Island in San Diego, California. He then moved across country to serve as Director of Sales and Marketing for the Sheraton Bal Harbour & Sheraton Key West Resorts in Florida. From that position, he advanced to Vice President of Sales and Revenue Development for Doral Golf Resort and Spa in Miami, Florida. Most recently, Mr. Fine held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Sonesta Hotels of Florida.
"I am thrilled to be moving to Colorado Springs to represent a magnificent resort like The BROADMOOR," said Mr. Fine. In his new position, he will work directly with Vice President Sales and Marketing, John Washko, overseeing sales, advertising and marketing efforts.
Mr. Fine and his wife, Eve, have two children: Stephanie, a senior at USC in California, and Zachary, a freshman at FIU in Florida.
