Mr. Ashe is the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Cognos Inc., and Mr. Yépez, Vice President of Identity Management and Security Strategy at Oracle, is a serial entrepreneur and former founder, Chairman, CEO or senior executive at a number of companies including enCommerce, Entrust, Thor Technologies and Apple.
