Offering prix fixe menus for both lunch and dinner, Trios' Executive Chef, Morgan Wilson has prepared original menus highlighting fresh, local ingredients perfect for the summertime. For lunch, diners can start with a spinach salad with woolwich farms goat's cheese, toasted sunflower seeds and cider vinaigrette, or choose from 2 other refreshing appetizers. A few of the lunch entrees include pulled BBQ pork sandwich with house-cut fries and creamy coleslaw, and grilled romaine hearts with olive oil bell peppers, confit garlic and creamer potatoes for vegetarians. Finish it off with a childhood campfire favourite, s'mores, for dessert. The prix fixe lunch is available daily throughout the event for only $20 per person.
Guests will also delight in the dinner selections, which include locally farmed tomatoes with cilantro, avocado and black pepper vinaigrette to start, and pan seared local Oceanwise certified rainbow trout with summer peas and lemon grilled asparagus, and refreshing mango sorbet for dessert. Summerlicious dinner menus are available daily for only $35 per person (taxes and gratuities not included).
