True North Log Homes, a leading North American manufacturer of quality pre-designed and custom-built log homes, has launched a special promotion aimed at customers looking to start building their dream homes or cottages in the Spring of 2013.
New log home customers are being given the opportunity to choose from one of four value-based options:
Option 1- No charge labour for factory applied stain. This option has an average value of $15,000, applies to the staining of logs only and the cost of the stain material is not included.
Option 2 – Up to $15,000 in No Charge Upgrades.
Option 3 – True North Log Homes will pay the HST on sales up to $120,000 of a standard material shell package. This option applies to sales in Ontario, Canada only.
Options 4 - NO CHARGE SHIPPING of True North Log Home materials within Canada and Continental U.S.A.
Each option requires that a contract be signed and a 25% deposit be provided by December 15, 2012. An additional 25% deposit on the purchase of the log home will be required by January 25, 2013.
“We are excited to be offering these incentives and have received great feedback from many customers already,“ says True North founder and owner Rob Wrightman. “Now is an excellent time for those dreaming of owning a log home to make that dream a reality and realize some savings at the same time.”
True North has several unique log home designs to choose from; each backed by solid technology and a 25-Year "Zero" Air Infiltration Warranty. A detailed log home plans book is available for purchase online.
