“In 2014, many consumers are much more comfortable communicating with a company through social media than through traditional contact points,” he said. “This will give us new ways to hear about questions, concerns and complaints from consumers and respond to them to sort out any issues that arise.”
Customer service staff members will monitor comments on the social media sites and get back to consumers as quickly as possible, he said.
