To accommodate its continued expansion and business growth, Magnetic, a full-service Web development firm, has added five new members to its Web design, sales and customer service teams.
“Even in these difficult economic times, Magnetic continues to grow,” said Jennifer Bakunas, President of Magnetic. “The talent and experience these individuals bring to Magnetic will help support that growth and further enhance the high-quality service our valued clients expect.”
Joining the Web design team are Matthew Halpern, Web Designer, and David Summers, Associate Web Designer. They are responsible for designing user interfaces for Web sites and Web-based applications, as well as the layout, visual appearance and usability of the sites they develop.
Halpern brings to Magnetic strong creative experience, a passion for design and a wide variety of skills acquired working in the Web industry since the early days of the Internet. Summers brings a unique mix of coding and design proficiency, including the ability to give sites extra flare using Flash and other techniques to capture the attention of visitors.
New to the sales team are Results Specialists Kelly McKenna and Jennifer Jackson, whose responsibilities include growing sales through prospecting and lead generation/qualification. They also provide consultative services to new clients, including requirements gathering, strategizing and concept development.
With a strong background in executive sales and marketing, McKenna has a proven track record of helping clients achieve business goals and increase revenue. Jackson is experienced guiding clients in decisions about online and traditional marketing, as well as Web site designs that will deliver the best return on investment.
Joining Magnetic’s customer service team is Account Coordinator Gina D’Alessio, who brings a strong background in business and marketing to the firm. Her responsibilities include providing an extra level of service to clients and working closely with the account management team on project timelines, status updates and resource availability to keep response times short and service extraordinary.
“We are sincerely happy to welcome each of our new team members to the Magnetic family and are excited to see where their individual talents will take us,” said Bakunas.
