The U.S. Department of Commerce, Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) honors outstanding minority entrepreneurs that have contributed to the economy as well as to acknowledge individuals whose efforts have advanced minority business development throughout the country. MBDA is the only federal agency created specifically to foster the establishment and growth of minority-owned business in America.
