The complaint resolution board will serve two purposes, he said. First it will be authorized to provide replacement report or refunds for anyone who has been affected by any site launched glitches.
“Then they will look for patterns in complaints and concerns,” he said. “By doing so they will be able to find the source or sources of problems and have them fixed by the IT department. We know that no technological launch is perfect, so we want to have procedures in place to patch problems as we find them. That way we can have our search service running perfectly very soon.”
The complaint resolution board will work hand-in-hand with the regular WhitePages.us.org customer service team, he said.
“We want this whole process to operate like a well oiled machine,” he said. “And that means being proactive about finding and fixing issues as they come up. Over time, we hope that this will help us become the best in the business.”
