Toronto, Ontario (Vocus) February 4, 2010
Thousands of women will gather on March 12 and 13 at Toronto’s Ricoh Coliseum to spend time hearing from author Beth Moore at LifeWay Women’s Living Proof Live event.
Moore, whose books and studies, including “Breaking Free and Esther: It’s Tough Being a Woman,” have been read by millions around the world, is known for her ability to apply biblical scripture to everyday life. The event brings her teaching to life as she offers insights that touch the hearts of all women, regardless of their age, race or denomination.
This will be Moore’s second trip to Canada on behalf of LifeWay Women. In 2008, she presented to a packed house in Vancouver, though her presence may be found regularly on the broadcast program, “Life Today,” which broadcasts on stations throughout the country.
“We are thrilled that Living Proof Live with Beth Moore is coming to Toronto,” said Wendy Tomlinson, city coordinator for Living Proof Live. “She’s a passionate, gifted author and speaker who has touched so many lives. The Ricoh Coliseum will be an exciting place to be March 12 and 13.”
Acclaimed worship leader Travis Cottrell and his Praise Team will join Moore for the weekend event. The event is scheduled for Fri. from 7 to 9:30 p.m., and Sat. from 8:30 a.m. to Noon. All seats are $60 general admission, which includes two days of music and worship, sessions led by Beth Moore and opportunities for fellowship with others.
