Brownfield land specialist predicts growth of core businesses throughout 2008 and plans increased core investment following the decision to sell its house-building division, Homes by Woodford.
Preston, Lancashire (PRWEB) December 6, 2007 -- Woodford Group PLC the brownfield land remediation specialist, has decided to dispose of its house-building subsidiary, Homes by Woodford and re-invest the proceeds into its land-dealing arm, Woodford Land and its retirement living developer, Golden Living.

With further growth predicted for the forthcoming financial year, Woodford is committed to its core businesses that have been the bedrock of its success to date.

Woodford Land will continue to source and acquire contaminated land and regenerate redundant sites for mixed-use developments.
Golden Living the Group's retirement living developer has multiple site launches planned for 2008, throughout the North East and Yorkshire regions with operations set to commence in additional regions in 2009.
