Right Unite will be held July 12-14 in the Washington, D.C. area, and will be the first legitimate attempt at uniting the Republican Party in this critical point in American history.
Austin, TX (PRWEB) March 13, 2013
Tim Young, Managing Editor of Absolute Rights has created Right Unite, a conference and gathering of Republicans interested in coming together and finding common ground on the concerns and objectives of the party.
Young will be at the Conservative Political Action Conference at the end of this week, and will appear on several talk radio shows detailing the plans of Right Unite. He is scheduled to be on The Schilling Show, The Take with Charles Butler, The Gary Nolan Show, and The Jon Justice Show, among others on both Thursday and Friday (March 14 and 15, 2013) during the CPAC festivities.
Right Unite will be held July 12-14 in the Washington, D.C. area, and will be the first legitimate attempt at uniting the Republican Party in this critical point in American history. The meeting is about policy, not politics, so instead of seeing and hearing from people who want to promote themselves or get votes, attendees will hear from thought leaders with wide-ranging perspectives.
The conference will be in the spirit of the TED Talks, with a strong emphasis on the sharing of ideas and the encouragement of innovation and working together. Absolute Rights Managing Editor Tim Young was the originator of the Right Unite idea, and believes in its potential to bring people together and definitively get things done.
“There was an absolute need for something like this,” Young said. “We were tired of seeing only certain groups of people coming up with the policy ideas in the Republican Party. That segmentation is why we saw the results we did in 2012.”
Guests are still being organized and will be announced as they are confirmed. More information will be available as it happens on RightUnite.org.
“This is a meeting of everyone,” Young said, “not just politicians and "elites." It’s open for all republicans to come participate in their democratic process and actually be heard. At the end we will decide as a group what to move forward with policy-wise and bring it directly to the Republican National Committee.”
