Access Information Management, provider of records management storage and destruction services for hardcopy and electronic records, announces a green container supplier partnership with leading North American shred container maker All source Security Containers USA. This new relationship marks the beginning of a greener destruction container standard for Access.
Through our supplier partnership agreement, All Source will provide Access with secure, eco-friendly shredding bins and consoles for use in Access offices, records centers, walk-up shred locations, destruction centers and client locations throughout the United States.
All Source shredding bins and consoles are made of 100% recyclable plastic and formaldehyde-free wood. The products are made in America, from recycled content and meet US EPA (Environmental Protection Agency), 2010 CARB manufacturing standards (California Air Resources Board) and LEED compliance (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) standards. In addition, All Source products have a proven track record of security, safety and durability and carry a 5-year unlimited warranty.

The program will include a webinar and the release of educational documents to support best practices for environmentally-friendly destruction.
To initiate the partnership and encourage clients to take advantage of our secure and environmentally friendly destruction services, Access is offering a limited-time offer to new destruction service clients this quarter. Clients that enter into a new, scheduled destruction services agreement with a minimum 2-year term will receive three months service at no charge. Minimum service contract requirements will apply.
