Manchester, United Kingdom (PRWEB UK) 4 September 2013
Specialist law firm Aequitas Legal, accident claims Manchester, is among the most successful firms to enter a new age of personal injury law. Once a ‘new boy on the block’ they now approach their fourth birthday as an award-winning business of half a dozen fee earning personal injury solicitors and are recruiting a support team of paralegals.
“We have adapted, stood our ground … and survived,” says managing partner Sucheet Amin – who is also this year’s president of Manchester Law Society.
This year Aequitas Legal became the only law firm to reach the finals of the Salford Business Awards – and left with the prestigious Excellence Award. They are now raising their sights to national law society awards.
Judges have been impressed by the firm’s customer service values, personal performance, measurement training standards and innovative technology – all of which have been put in place by staff members themselves who achieved an industry model with a 94% customer satisfaction level.
On the way to success, Aequitas Legal has carved a place among the most uniquely progressive personal injury specialists for victims of accidents on the road, at work or in a public place. This has led to a reputation for unique customer service that has set them well apart from the competition.
Professional respect has come too. Aequitas Legal won approval from the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, were independently assessed and awarded the Law Society Standard of Excellence in Client Care accreditation, and they met the criteria to join the Internet's elite Injury Lawyers 4U network which put them among the 10 per cent of law firms whose exceptional quality and expertise is regulated by the Ministry of Justice.
And, in the process, the Salford Quays-based firm has built an annual seven figure turnover.
“We set ourselves a target to become the best by managing our own standards and performance and building a name for innovation and creativity,” says Sucheet Amin. “We didn’t know we would face one of the most difficult periods in the personal injury sector’s history but we’ve taken it on and emerged as a winner … I think we’ve all got a lot to celebrate.”
Aequitas Legal is tempting fate, though, with a Friday the 13th September birthday party that combines curry, a visit to the ‘Comedy Store’ and partying at Manchester’s Deansgate Locks.
