Account Control Technology, Inc. Hires Dave Noll as Vice President, Quality Assurance

Account Control Technology, Inc. (ACT), a national leader in delivering debt management and recovery solutions, is pleased to announce that Dave Noll has joined the company as Vice President of Quality Assurance and Global Process Improvement. Noll comes to ACT with over 10 years of experience using Lean Six Sigma methodology in financial, call center and manufacturing environments to drive process improvement.

“Dave Noll is developing a comprehensive quality assurance program that will drive client delight, reduce legal risk and ultimately ensure the continued effectiveness of ACT’s activities,” said Nabil Kabbani, CEO of ACT. “His work will help ACT meet our goal of delivering the best possible service to both clients and consumers while also maintaining operational efficiency.”

Prior to joining ACT, Noll held various positions with Bank of America, with his last role being Quality Executive for Consumer Products in Executive Customer Relations. He earned his Six Sigma Black Belt certification during his nearly six years at General Electric, and he received his Master Black Belt & Lean Master certification while at Baxter Bioscience. Noll’s diversified experience also includes work at 21st Century Insurance. He holds an MBA degree from Pepperdine University and a BS in mechanical engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
