Eric Beckhusen, CEO of Century Bank and Trust, has announced the appointment of Adam M. Wright to Commercial Loan Officer at Century Bank and Trust.

“This promotion recognizes Adam’s strong and growing contributions to our Business Services Team. His relationship focus and active community involvement paired with his strong lending and credit skills make him a valuable consultative partner to our customers," Beckhusen stated.

Wright joined Century Bank and Trust in 2008 as a Credit Analyst. He is a graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a focus in Financial and Operational Loss. Wright is also a graduate of the Michigan Bankers Association Commercial Lending School. Additionally, he has attended various Michigan Bankers and Small Business Administration (SBA) training programs.

Within the community, Wright is a current Board Member and Past President of the Branch Area Chamber of Commerce. He is also a Board Member of the Coldwater Downtown Business Association and chairs local events such as the Car Show Swap Meet, the Alamo Car Cruise, and Strawberry and Apple Festivals. Wright’s other volunteer work includes; Habitat for Humanity, Pheasants Forever, the Branch Area Career Center and the MSU 4-H Children’s Garden.
