Adam's Goods, creator of seasonings and salts for grilling, is proud to announce its products are now available online at its new website, http://www.adamsgoods.com. The announcement comes just in time for Father's Day, for that perfect gift for the grilling King of the household.
Adam's Goods offers four seasoning rubs, designed to make the perfect cut of meat even better:
- Adam's Steak Rub -- the perfect blend of garlic, black pepper, coriander seed, dill seed, and red pepper
- Adam's Pork Rub -- ideal for smoked pork roasts, pulled, and BBQ'd pork
- Adam's BBQ Rub -- can be used as a rub or add a couple of ingredients to make a delicious sauce
- Adam's Coffee Rub -- the natural meat tenderizer is blended with complimentary spices to make a satisfying rub
Adam's Goods also offers unique salts from Bolivia, the Himalayas and Hawaii, as well as an Alderwood Smoked Sea Salt.
"I had no choice but to start up a website," says Adam Flissinger, creator of Adam's Goods. "Emails began to pour in from people who visited the San Francisco Ferry Building and purchased some of my products. They were hoping to find out where they could buy more."
Adam's rubs and salts started out as a hobby rooted in healthy competition. The rubs were conceived over many a BBQ held by Prather Ranch Meat Co. Adam says these folks are serious about their meat. Everything is raised humanely, fed organically, and dry aged to perfection. "It's just about the best meat you can throw on the grill," says Adam.
Not wanting to be left out, Adam had to bring something to the party. After experimenting on friends and family, he created his four rubs, made up of both homegrown ingredients and exotic herbs and spices. The flavors they create are interesting, satisfying and memorable.
Adam's Goods were previously only available through Prather Ranch Meat Co. in San Francisco. Though, just recently, Adam's Steak Rub made it onto the shelves of Williams-Sonoma. And now, Adam's Goods are available worldwide at http://www.adamsgoods.com. Adam can't wait to start carrying Murray River salt from his native Australia, so check back soon.
