David Uffelman Named Vice President - Interactive Marketing; Lonnie Ferrell Named Vice President - Call Center Operations


As WhiteFence expands its customer base and service offering, we continue to add top industry talent to direct those efforts

WhiteFence, the nation's most trusted free service for comparing and ordering essential home services, today announced two key additions to its Management Team-- David Uffelman joins WhiteFence as Vice President - Interactive Marketing and Lonnie Ferrell joins as Vice President - Call Center Operations. These additions will drive WhiteFence efforts to expand marketing in support of our service providers and enhance the customer experience.

As Vice President - Interactive Marketing, David will spearhead the WhiteFence Interactive Marketing strategies and oversee day to day operations including search marketing, search engine optimization, e-mail programs, display advertising and new media. David brings over ten years of experience in the field.

Prior to joining WhiteFence, David Uffelman was the Director of Interactive Marketing for USAA where he helped build the company's search marketing and display advertising programs as well as the social media strategy.

David has held positions at eFunds, where he developed and launched a new corporate Web site and managed the global brand, and at General Electric where he managed and produced Web-based communication and led a team of developers responsible for the design and layout of global Web applications for the Energy Division.

As Vice President - Call Center Operations, Lonnie Ferrell will expand call center functions and focus on creating a superior customer experience. Lonnie comes to WhiteFence with over 14 years of experience in the communications industry and brings a tradition of customer focused channel development.

Previously, Lonnie held a number of key positions in the Telco industry in Sales and Channel Management, Sales Operations, Customer Care Process, Outsource Call Center Management and Sales Compensation. Lonnie held positions as Vice President Business Development for One Touch Direct, Director of Sales and Distribution at Windstream Communications and as Director of Competitive Strategy and Channel Operations at Qwest Communications.
