AddTweets.com, up for sale?

Just a year ago, AddTweets.com was getting popular with its tweet embedding service. Yesterday, a press release was sent out to notify the public that Addtweets has been changed into a online classifieds website. And now, AddTweets is up for sale. According to an interview with Russel Gabiola, owner of the site, "Addtweets.com needs investors, partners, or probably a new owner if the price is right. It is 100% ready to make profit. I just do not have enough funds now to promote it right now. If anyone is interested, they can email info(at)addtweets(dot)com to send their proposals. Addtweets is now running on Wordpress so it's really easy to maintain the site."

Below is an excerpt from the previous press release:

Russel Gabiola, a webpreneur, took ownership of AddTweets.com and transformed it into a free online classified ad service.

When asked about the transition of AddTweets, she commented, "The AddTweets previous program has already been used by more than ten thousand web users for their blogs and websites. Through the site, users were able to create a simple javascript code, which allowed them to embed tweets anywhere possible. This was specially useful to those who wanted to display their latest tweets without logging into Twitter. As a user, you just type int your Twitter nickname and your email address and how many tweets you want to show at any one time. After this, the site will generate a code that you can later embed into your blog or personal homepage. The AddTweets program have also worked great for those that have more than one Twitter account and wanted to keep up with them. However, just like in other businesses, one needs to move on. AddTweets is a high ranking site with a PR of 4. The goal of AddTweets has always ben to keep the site with a steady growing traffic and improve its services. As the owner of the site, I felt the need for a big change and I am looking forward to a better AddTweets."

She adds, "The new AddTweets.com is an online classified service. Users can post ads without registration and may choose to list their ad for free with limited features or pay $9.99 per listing which include a feature in the homepage of the site with active clickable links, and Google Map integration. Users can choose from multi-categories such as buy and sell, job posts, services, housing, automotive and more. AddTweets.com has a built-in spam prevention, user commenting, and easy contact form for interested clients.
