Adelson, Testan, Brundo, Novell & Jimenez (ATB) is pleased to announce that Rubina Khaleel, Managing Partner in Adelson, Testan, Brundo, Novell & Jimenez’ Nebraska, Iowa, and Missouri offices, has been selected by Nebraska’s federal district court bench to serve as a member of the Federal Practice Committee.
About the Nebraska Federal Practice Committee
The Federal Practice Committee consists of ten Ex Officio members and not more than 12 at large members at any point in time. These individuals are asked to advise the Chief Judge on the use of the Court’s admission funds from practicing attorneys and, through leadership, to better the administration of the Nebraska Federal Courts. The Nebraska Federal Court takes efforts to ensure that its committees are independent, and further tasks the Federal Practice Committee with:
About Ms. Khaleel
Ms. Khaleel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Carroll College in Helena, Montana and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Montana State University. She earned her Juris Doctor from University of Nebraska College of Law in 2001. Her unique background has enabled her to bring an exceptional and valuable perspective to the practice of workers’ compensation and insurance defense. Ms. Khaleel is also a member of the Sports Lawyers’ Association, and recently became a participant in Adelson, Testan, Brundo, Novell & Jimenez’ Sports Law Practice Group.
