Advanced Discovery Announces the Addition of Nico Nunez, Executive Vice President of Forensic Services

Advanced Discovery is excited to announce the hiring of Nico Nunez as Executive Vice President of Forensic Services. Mr. Nunez brings over 25 years of experience delivering professional services and developing business opportunities.

Mr. Nunez has previously built e-Discovery and Forensics practices for two well-known management consulting firms, and most recently served as Director of Professional Services at Guidance Software. Mr. Nunez will be responsible for building Advanced Discovery’s in-house forensics department, which will include investigation services and cyber-security incident response.

Mr. Nunez has successfully led teams on some of the world’s largest e-Discovery projects and cyber-security incident response cases. He has helped navigate clients through large cases involving bankruptcy and insolvency, theft of intellectual property, employment class action, security breach involving PII and CC data, and other litigation and security based investigations.
