I guess there is a reason they call me Mr Short Sale
Afton, MN (PRWEB) May 31, 2013
Years of fighting with banks, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and agents that don't understand the Afton Short Sale process has been both frustrating and deeply rewarding for Joe Niece of RE/MAX Results. This passion for helping struggling homeowners has given him the proud title of 'Mr Short Sale'. Niece announced today that he will be in Afton Minnesota later this week conducting free Afton Short Sale Workshops.
The workshop will introduce participants to JoeNiece.com which contains almost 100,000 pages of information about short sales, foreclosures, specific bank info, writing hardship letters and any other real estate question a person might think of.
"I have tried to give homeowners a resource allowing them to get answer without having to give their identity," Niece said.
The website has been a huge stress relief based on the feedback we are getting, and "gives homeowners the resources they need to make hard decisions," Niece said.
The site, also allows homeowners that want to take the next step, the ability to enter several pieces of information and find out in real-time, if their specific situation has things that would cause red flags during a short sale. With this knowledge, they know to seek out additional information before they decide what path is best for them.
