Business psychology consulting firm, AIIR Consulting, has recently launched its latest development program, ROADMAP, for high-potential (HIPO) development. The program's primary objective is for HIPO participants to leverage deep insight into their leadership styles, strengths, and developmental opportunities in order to take their careers to the next level. ROADMAP is delivered by AIIR Consulting's business psychologists using AIIR™'s TelePresence Platform (the AIIR™ Platform). Through this method of delivery, AIIR Consulting makes ROADMAP accessible to organizations independent of geographic constraints. Therefore, executive coaching meetings are possible virtually anytime and anywhere there is a high-speed connection- whether the participant is in Chicago or Mumbai.

ROADMAP begins with a Career Biographical Interview conducted by an AIIR™ consultant in order to identify key leadership facets from the perspective of the participant. Participants then take five psychometric assessments that measure crucial leadership dimensions, including emotional intelligence, critical thinking skills, and personality styles. The AIIR™ consultant writes a comprehensive report that synthesizes the assessment findings and highlights actionable recommendations. Participants then engage in three high-impact executive coaching meetings to implement the assessment recommendations and create a Continuing Action Plan (CAP) to reinforce gains achieved in the program.
