We want our current and future customers to know that we trust our products so much, we’re willing to back them up with this special policy. AirBagIt and Chassis Tech have always worked hard to offer the highest-quality products, and we always will.

AirBagIt has launched a new online educational forum aiding customers in acquiring the most out of their air-lift suspensions, lowering kits and other products offered by AirBagIt and Chassis Tech.

AirBagIt’s “Knowledge Base 101” – which debuted recently – is filled with definitions and directions designed specifically to help AirBagIt customers understand how to properly install and test their new parts. The online database also provides expert advice regarding achieving optimal performance.

“Even the very best products have to be installed properly, or they’ll never work right,” said AirBagIt President Joe Morrow. “That goes for products in any industry, anywhere in the world.”

“Knowledge Base 101” was specifically designed to accommodate AirBagIts vast clientele, where most buyers range in expertise levels. The database is just the latest addition to AirBagIt’s Web site that already provides product information, photographs, video samples and client testimonials.

Among other entries, visitors will find expanded definitions and instructions pertaining to air bags, springs, tow kits, air struts, air shocks, lambo doors, leveling kits, spindles, convertible truck kits and air cylinders, In addition, each “Knowledge Base 101” page includes numerous photos, simplified tutorials and answers to common questions.

Visitors may also use “Knowledge Base 101” to learn about AirBagIt’s customer-first commitments, which include: customer satisfaction policy, including a lifetime warranty on all non-electrical parts and a 90-day warranty on all electrical parts.

“Our Satisfaction Policy is just as important as any part or kit we sell,” Morrow said. “We want our current and future customers to know that we trust our products so much, we’re willing to back them up with this special policy. AirBagIt and Chassis Tech have always worked hard to offer the highest-quality products, and we always will.”

AirBagIt first launched in 1987 under the name of Ratical Tops, a company specializing in assembling convertible tops for most truck brands of the day. In 1992, the firm expanded its specialty lines to include air-suspension systems and other products; that same year, it incorporated as AIM Industries, originator of the AirBagIt and Chassis Tech brands.

The revamped Web site and customer-friendly tutorials are the latest innovations to be introduced by AirBagIt and Chassis Tech over the last 20 years.

“AirBagIt has always been about innovation,” Morrow said. “That’s how we grew from those humble beginnings at Ratical Tops to the global leader in air-suspension kits. But you can’t just throw new products out there and hope that the weekend-warrior, do-it-yourself mechanic completely understands them. Now, thanks to ‘Knowledge Base 101,’ you’ll understand better how to use it!”
