AirBagIt recently added a new video to its collection of YouTube tutorials. The video focuses on installing air struts and is meant to assist customers in better understanding their recently purchased product.
AirBagIt has released over the past few months an array of new YouTube videos created by the auto-part shop, its latest video entitled “How to Properly Install AirBagIt.com Air Struts,” instructs amateur mechanics how to install and maintain their recent air struts purchase.
“We wish for our customers to walk away satisfied and knowledgeable about their recent purchase,” said AirBagIt President Joe Morrow. “It is really important to install the product correctly; even the best mechanic needs a bit of guidance.”
AirBagIt formed in 1987 and was known as Ratical Tops, in 1992 the company diversified and expanded to include a newer product line of air-suspension systems. Since then, the company reorganized and was renamed AIM Industries, originator of the AirBagIt and Chassis Tech brands.
The latest YouTube video is one of the newest features to be introduced by AirBagIt and Chassis Tech over the last few years. In addition, the leading auto-part expert has revamped its Web site and increased its line of merchandise.
“We have always focused on providing great service,” Morrow said. “We are aware that a large percentage of our shoppers are do-it-yourself sort of amateur mechanics, therefore, I think it is important we create such videos to ensure that our products are properly installed and our customers get the most out of their products.
