America is a Judeo-Christian nation. This is our faith tradition and heritage. For us to forget or worse, deny this fundamental premise of our nation would be a betrayal of the founding principles upon which America was established.

The Faith-Based Coalition for Allen West today announced it will be hosting an interfaith Clergy Breakfast in recognition of America's Judeo-Christian Heritage. Lieutenant Colonel (Ret.) Allen West will be speaking at the breakfast to be held Thursday, October 14th, 8:00 AM at the Hilton Garden Inn hotel in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Entrance to the event will be complimentary to all Clergy, and tickets will be available to the general public for $18.

The planned gathering will be the second breakfast hosted by the Faith-Based Coalition, and nearly one hundred spiritual leaders and attendees from Palm Beach and Broward County are anticipated to attend. Introducing Allen West will be legendary Rock and Roll Hall of Famer, Dion DiMucci. Better known to fans simply by his first name, Dion has had over a dozen top 40 hits in the late 1950's and early 60's and is remembered most for hit songs "Runaround Sue" and "The Wanderer".

All Clergy in attendance will have the opportunity to meet Congressional Candidate Allen West and participate in a question and answer period discussing America's Judeo-Christian faith tradition.

"America is a Judeo-Christian nation. This is our faith tradition and heritage", says LTC (R) West. "For us to forget or worse, deny this fundamental premise of our nation would be a betrayal of the founding principles upon which America was established."

Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Allen West is third of four generations of military servicemen in his family. His parents instilled in him a very basic principle, love of God and Country. West has an undeniable devotion to the belief that America can once again become that "city on a hill" that represents the American dream, and fulfills the promise endowed by the Constitution that this is a nation of people, by the people, and for the people. Allen West calls to the faith based community to rise up and restore the Judeo-Christian Heritage upon which America was founded.

Allen West's love of God and Country has gained him recognition and support both nationally and locally in South Florida. In recent months, West has graced the cover of Israel Magazine and was also featured in The Good News, a local Christian publication as well as the South Florida Jewish Journal.

Seating for this Thursday's event is limited and all interested Clergy are encouraged to reserve a complimentary ticket in advance. For more information or to RSVP contact Starla Brown at 561-379-7247.
