The second phase of the Mountain Sage Townhomes is scheduled to be released onto the Carbondale, CO real estate market soon, and will consist of a total of twelve townhomes.

Prime Carbondale, Colorado real estate, the Mountain Sage Townhomes, are currently moving into phase two, according to Managing Broker at Alpine Property Management, Erik Cavarra. The second phase of the Mountain Sage Townhomes is scheduled to be released into the Carbondale, CO real estate market soon, and will consist of a total of twelve townhomes. Of the twelve townhomes, there will be nine two-bedroom units and three-bedroom townhomes. The phase two Mountain Sage Townhomes units will range from 1300 square feet to over 1800 square feet.

Construction on phase two will begin in early June 2013 with a completion date in the winter of 2013 – 2014. Once completed, the Mountain Sage Townhomes will consist of seven buildings comprised of twenty six residential townhomes.

According to Cavarra, phase one of the Mountain Sage Townhomes development has been largely successful following finalization of sales in March of this year on eight of the two- and three-bedroom units. As for sales of the phase two townhomes, Cavarra will begin the pre-sales process this upcoming summer, with prices ranging from $350,000 – $420,000 for the eight free market units. Four of the townhomes are designated as employee housing.

The phase two Mountain Sage townhomes will be designed in the Victorian style with a brick, stucco, wood, and metal facade that harmonize with the surrounding architectural landscape. The completed interior of the townhomes will feature superior finishes with wood floors, slab granite counters, and solid core knotty alder doors.

Phase two Mountain Sage Townhomes will have an ideal location on Main Street in Carbondale's downtown core, between Highway 133 and 8th Street. The existing and future townhomes are within walking distance of restaurants, boutiques, art galleries, and parks. Situated in a pedestrian and bike-friendly neighborhood, they are only one mile from Highway 82 for traveling up and down the Roaring Fork Valley.

Carbondale is a small Colorado mountain town thirty miles from Aspen. Carbondale maintains a balance between small town character and a thriving restaurant and shopping district, flourishing art gallery scene, and theaters. Carbondale is also known for beautiful views of Mt. Sopris and world class recreation, including hiking, biking, whitewater rafting, and fly fishing.
