Marin, CA (PRWEB) September 03, 2011
Marin Ayurveda, a holistic treatment company, is announcing panchakarma season this fall, and then again in the spring of 2012. To support everyone's health and well-being Marin Ayurveda offers a 10 percent discount on any of its panchakarma packages in the fall.
“Panchakarma is typically done in spring and fall, since these are the transitional times of year. The body is adapting to changing temperatures and natural circumstances at those times, which offers an opportunity to let go of a seasonal imbalance and to start the new season healthy and strong,” said Simone de Winter of Marin Ayurveda.
Panchakarma season runs from September through early November at Marin Ayurveda. Panchakarma is an Ayurvedic detox/cleansing process that is used to remove excess toxins from the body’s tissues and to restore energy flow throughout the whole body.
Beside its benefits for physical health, Panchakarma can also help eliminate mental and emotional toxins to achieve well-being and balance in life. In the fall, panchakarma will release heat that was built up during the summer and which expresses itself in feeling overheated, having skin rashes, headaches, liver problems, fevers, and infections. In the spring, panchakarma focuses on eliminating excess, that has built up over the cold and stagnant winter, which expresses itself as weight gain, buildup of mucus, sluggishness, tiredness, or any kind of excess condition or congestion in the body.
Panchakarma packages are three, five, or seven days long, excluding the preparation phase before and rejuvenation phase afterwards, that are both included in the cost of the panchakarma. Panchakarma offers support for life’s changes, brings balance to physical, and/or mental-motional imbalances, and is a wonderful, nourishing way to maintain good health.
