August 17th - Mountain Faith - Heritage Hall in nearby Middlebury Indiana presents the Mountain Faith band. With roots in Southern gospel music, Sam McMahan with the Mountain Faith Band became interested in bluegrass music when his children began to show an interest in playing a variety of instruments. Mountain Faith has performed as an opening band for Dailey & Vincent, Ralph Stanley, Marty Stuart, The Inspirations and more of the finest bluegrass musicians.
August 25th-26th – David Rogers Day – Take a trip into the past with the annual “David Roger’s Pioneer Living History Festival.” Celebrating the lifestyle of 19th century American pioneers through fun demonstrations and educational activities, this family-friendly experience will delight history-buffs and visitors who are merely curious about America’s past.
