AMTELCO will be offering a number of powerful software solutions for Cisco Live attendees, including the SIP-based Soft Agent intelligent console, which improves enterprise-wide communications, reduces agent training time by as much as 80% using Scripted Call Flow Navigation to easily guide agents through calls, and reducing call time by up to 30%.

AMTELCO uses Cisco’s SIP and CTIOS tools to integrate with Cisco’s Unified Communications Manager (UCM) and Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) solutions, providing Cisco-based enterprises with access to AMTELCO’s powerful suite of call center solutions.
