Established Statistics Expert Brings over Two Decades of Experience to eThority

Dr. Young will work to define and enhance existing statistical models in eThority's product suite, develop and implement new statistical procedures, and continue to transfer cutting-edge, powerful statistical data mining tools in the hands of data users and data generators.
Dr. Young has over 20 years experience in statistical and mathematical research, development, consulting, and teaching. He received a PhD in Statistics from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Masters Degree in Mathematics from Columbia University. Dr. Young served as Senior Analyst at Daniel H. Wagner Associates, an R&D think tank in Silicon Valley where he developed sophisticated mathematical and statistical models for application in industry, business, and government. He is the Founding Director of the Discovery Informatics Program at the College of Charleston, the first such undergraduate program of its kind in the country.
