New Jersey Teleservices Company Honored for Outstanding Performance.

Anserve America, New Jersey's largest call center and business phone answering services provider, has been selected as a recipient of the annual Award of Excellence for 2012, as presented by the Association of TeleServices International (ATSI). This honor goes to teleservice companies across the U.S. demonstrating unwavering professionalism and superior customer service. Anserve views the award as official recognition of what its clients have known and expressed for more than 40 years.

Founded in 1968 by Bob and Nancy Ward, Anserve America has consistently demonstrated a high caliber of service and their “commitment to staying on the technological edge of the industry.” The family owned and operated company is committed to local business, with a large number of its clientele based in New Jersey. A staff of 87 operators and managers handles 7,000 calls per day around the clock.

“Anserve specializes in medical answering services and serving the medical profession,” says Bob Ward. “We handle communications for eight medical schools, 22 hospitals and more than 900 private practices comprised of 2,000 physicians.” However, the call center also works with a wide array of other clients, including contractors, realtors, local government agencies and others.

Call center employees function as customer service representatives for their clients, which are companies that have hired their teleservices firm to answer calls and handle other daily communication tasks. Large and small businesses alike commonly retain teleservices companies to cost effectively execute basic communication needs.

Staff at call centers act as a public face for their clients. Business owners and management seek reassurance that teleservices employees are highly trained, professional and effective. Such reassurance is the purpose of ATSI's Awards of Excellence. The association objectively studies the manner in which call center telereceptionists and operators interact with callers. Excellence, according to ATSI, “requires a level of phone answer services that considers the caller first in every aspect of the call.”
