The company is creating 196 homes at The Garden Quarter and a local estate agent says that these new properties offer great value for money just 15 miles from comparable homes in Oxford. The Garden Quarter is being converted on the former RAF Bicester domestic site. Some 18 buildings on the site, one of the best-preserved bomber sites in the UK, have been granted Grade II listed status by English Heritage and City & Country Group is bringing the site back to life to provide apartments and cottages in 23 acres of landscaped parkland.
