Apeer Inc. worked with Austin-based Clutch Creative to develop a clean and simple web site that captures the essence of its application. Much of the success of the project is attributed to how the Apeer executives and Clutch designers used the Apeer Professional instant media application to communicate, share comps and view incremental design elements.

It opened the lines of communication between client and developer to quickly and effectively answer important questions and facilitate prompt decision-making. With Apeer, it was easy to ensure that the other party fully understood what was being communicated.

Apeer Professional is the application that enables individuals to enter into an instant multi-user, participatory exchange where all parties can share and simultaneously view photos, hear music, and see videos in real time over the internet - all in one window. It also provides conversational tools with built-in voice and chat.

Apeer Inc. worked with Clutch Creative of Austin, TX on the design of their web site. Clutch Creative was tasked with building a clean and simple site for Apeer that captures the essence of its application. Clutch built a site that represents connectedness, real-time media sharing, and Apeer's simple and intuitive interface. The homepage design features an interactive simulation of the Apeer application. In addition to the ability to drag and drop media into the Apeer window, a movie within the simulation provides an overview of the Apeer application.

Throughout the design project, Apeer executives and Clutch designers used the Apeer Professional instant media application to communicate, share comps and view incremental design elements. Now, the company's objective of bringing the all-in-one group communication and collaboration application for digital media to communication-centric organizations throughout the world is supported online with a unique interactive experience. The new web site is located at http://www.apeer.com.

"Communication is vitally important in the design process and using the Apeer application to simultaneously view and exchange files while working on the Apeer site was remarkable," said Jason Sugawa, (title), Clutch Creative. "It opened the lines of communication between client and developer to quickly and effectively answer important questions and facilitate prompt decision-making. With Apeer, it was easy to ensure that the other party fully understood what was being communicated."

Linda Jackson, VP of Sales and Marketing at Apeer Inc., added that "Using our own application while creating Apeer.com was an amazing experience for us. Not only did we get some great feedback from the Clutch Creative team on Apeer Professional, but we also were able to validate our value proposition about saving time and making better decisions during the creative process."

About Apeer
Apeer was founded in 2005 by digital media industry veterans Bob Goldstein, Paul Wensley and Jon Bloodworth who recognized significant limitations in the available options for exchanging and experiencing digital media over the internet. The founders leveraged their collective knowledge to identify the specific need for a common media player in a shared space that could handle multiple media formats, and the ability to integrate the exchange of media files simultaneously with multiple users between PC's and mobile devices. The original team is now expanding to support go-to-market efforts with operational, engineering and sales and marketing talent.
