Appigo today released the very first version of Todo® Exchange Tasks, an app specifically designed for Microsoft® Exchange users. The app, which is now available on the App Store, is geared for business and automatically keeps tasks up-to-date between a user’s iPhone and an Exchange server.

Appigo released the first version of their Todo task management app in 2008, when Apple first launched the App Store for iPhone apps. When Appigo introduced Todo for iPad, it became the top selling app on the entire App Store, beating out Apple’s own Pages and Numbers apps for a number of days. Todo has seen tremendous success with well over a million downloads for iOS.
Todo Exchange Tasks uses proven features from Appigo’s original Todo app, including a well-designed user interface. The new app also gives Exchange users access to task features like notes, start date, due date, importance, recurrence, and a reminder alert.
Todo Exchange Tasks uses Microsoft’s ActiveSync® protocol to keep tasks up-to-date between an iPhone and an Exchange server by synchronizing when the app launches and exits. It also respects the “Wipe Device” security policy required by many companies which can be used if an iPhone is ever lost or stolen.
Pricing & Availability
Todo® Exchange Tasks is available on the iTunes App Store for $9.99 (USD) and requires a Microsoft Exchange 2007 or 2010 server with ActiveSync enabled.
Exchange Connection Toolkit is also available on the iTunes App Store as a free download and allows potential customers and I.T. Administrators to test their Exchange server’s ActiveSync configuration.
