“With the 10 day no fuss guarantee we offer something nobody else in our industry does. If your new appliance isn’t exactly right just let us know within 10 days, we’ll refund you in full and come and collect it – no extra charge, no fuss!"

Internet kitchen appliance retailer Appliances Online is launching a new price match promise and 10 day no fuss appliance returns guarantee, to build upon its level of customer service.
Appliances Online’s new service will price match Currys, Comet and John Lewis, amongst others, displaying competitive prices on individual product pages.
The 10 day no fuss appliance returns scheme is designed to reduce the risk of buying online for customers who can’t physically see or feel the appliance.
The appliance returns scheme eliminates the risk of buying online as customers can return their appliance for a full refund, at no extra cost, within 10 days of buying. The appliance can be returned without any quibbles, regardless of the reason, whether it’s the wrong colour, wrong size, or just a change of opinion.
Chief executive John Roberts comments: “With the 10 day no fuss guarantee we offer something nobody else in our industry does. If your new appliance isn’t exactly right just let us know within 10 days, we’ll refund you in full and come and collect it – no extra charge, no fuss!
“We’ve also introduced the price match promise as cost comparison is a very important factor for online shoppers and as we already offer the most competitive prices, we thought why not show customers on our site? It saves them the time and trouble of going to compare prices elsewhere.”
Appliances Online already promotes trust on its website by displaying product demonstration videos and impartial reviews from previous buyers. On Appliance Online the average product is rated at more than four out of five, and market research shows over 98% of its customers would recommend the company to a friend.
