Aptech also launched a new video with highlights from its two generations of service to hotel operators.

For example, Execuvue can integrate:

  •     My Competition: External competitor metrics – STR comp. sets, indexes, etc.
  •     My Customers: Customer data from a mix of guest satisfaction scores pulled from online surveys, comment cards, and written guest reviews mined and quantified using text analytics from travel and social media hotel rating sites.
