Toledo, OH (PRWEB) July 13, 2011

AquaBlok, Ltd., a manufacture of innovative clay-based composite materials, is pleased to announce distributor agreements with A.S.P. Enterprises, Inc. (Fenton, MO), Brock White Construction Materials (St. Paul, MN), HD Supply Waterworks (Thomasville, GA) and Sunshine Supplies, Inc. (Birmingham, AL). Each is now physically warehousing AquaBlok® products to service a broad range of water sealing and geotechnical applications.

The partnerships were reached during the first two quarters of 2011 and are part of a comprehensive campaign to make AquaBlok’s unique, stone-core design more readily available to engineers, agencies, managers, contractors, and a diverse range of other end users.

“This expansion in geographic distribution is an indication not only of market readiness for the products but also reinforces our commitment to making AquaBlok solutions more readily available across the country,” says Technical Product Manager, Eric Kraus. “We are thrilled to be teaming with such a qualified group of suppliers. These companies are leaders not only in their geographical service areas but also in the broader markets that they service.”

  • Founded in 1976, A.S.P. Enterprises has grown to become a full-line distributor of erosion/sediment control, geosynthetics, drainage, hardscape, and stormwater products. Three warehouses well-positioned to service the major metropolitan areas of Omaha, NE, Kansas City, KS, and St. Louis, MO – as well as surrounding states – make A.S.P. a logical partner to service the core of the country.
  • Brock White Company has been a leading distributor of construction materials to contractors, large and small, in the upper Midwest and Canada for more than 55 years. With roots in the concrete industry, Brock White is now a diverse supplier of anything from masonry products to geotextile fabrics, erosion control products, landscaping materials and accessories, and even residential building supplies. They operate 14 warehouse locations in Minnesota (7), North Dakota (2), South Dakota (2), and Wisconsin (3) as well as 10 facilities in five Canadian provinces.
  • HD Supply Waterworks is a business of HD Supply, one of the largest diversified wholesale distributors in North America. With more than 250 locations in 42 states and a fleet of more than 1,000 delivery vehicles, HD Supply Waterworks offers a complete line of water, sewer, wastewater, and storm drain products to serve the needs of both contractors and municipalities. From pipes of all makes and materials to valves, irrigation products, manholes, and control structures, HD Supply Waterworks is proud to have “what you need, where you need it, when you need it.”
  • Since 1988, Sunshine Supplies has served Alabama and the Florida panhandle as the largest company solely dedicated to providing the highest quality erosion and sediment control solutions to the D.O.T, construction, landscaping, civil engineering, and mining industries. With warehousing in Birmingham and Mobile, AL Sunshine provides comprehensive coverage while maintaining grassroots familiarity with clients and their needs.

The four distribution companies added thus far in 2011 complement Aquatic Control (Seymour, IN) and EasyPro Pond Products (Grant, MI), suppliers that began carrying AquaBlok products – namely BARACLEAR® and PONDSEAL™ – as stocking distributors in 2010. Broadening the geographical availability of AquaBlok through an expanding distribution network remains a priority and conversations are ongoing with prospective distributors in Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and Wisconsin.
