Specializing in custom glass etching, Williamsburg Glass recently worked on a custom project for the Jewish Children’s Museum. The project involved using three techniques to create a multi-layer design. Williamsburg Glass has a strong reputation for meticulous workmanship and was proud to be able to provide such an intricate piece to the Children’s Museum.
The artwork created was placed in the main lobby of the museum. The design was completed with a multi-layered design technique. It involved creativity and superior skill from the Williamsburg Glass team. Three different techniques of sandblasting were used, including carving, shading and frosting. Two different types of glass were incorporated and mounted just a few inches away from the wall to give an illusion of floating. The entire project is one-of-a-kind and designed entirely from scratch.
Williamsburg Glass is dedicated to perfection and is always concerned with customer satisfaction. Custom fabrication with rapid turnaround times is available at their showroom and workshop. Their extensive list of products and offerings are second only to their professional and friendly service.
