“The same horrid events happen today, each and every day,” Green heeds. “The relevance of these events has changed, the laws have changed, and people have to pay within the justice system.”

In her new book, “Two Sisters” (published by Trafford Publishing), Arial Green tells the heart-wrenching and true tale of sisters, Arial and Tara and their arduous lives from birth through childhood.

Green and her sister didn’t live easy lives, for their upbringing was filled with abuse, attempted incest, mental and emotional abuse, domestic violence and depression. Worse yet however, Tara was murdered. It’s an unfortunate story that sadly occurs in today’s society, and a tragedy that Green now speaks out and shares with readers.

“The same horrid events happen today, each and every day,” Green heeds. “The relevance of these events has changed, the laws have changed, and people have to pay within the justice system.”

An excerpt from “Two Sisters”:

“Arial was the oldest and first born, and Tara was the youngest and the last child for Eloise and Frank. Arial’s short life had been so isolated, she was always frightened but she never was quite sure why. Tara, well even at the age of four she was a burst of energy and mischief. Always was getting into trouble, and there was very little discipline for Tara. There were times Tara would cause trouble for Arial when she was completely innocent. Arial just took the punishment and let it go, she never told on Tara.”
