For the next 90 days, Arizona military families and veterans will be honored with discounts and savings on VA home loans.
LowVARates VA Loan and Military Appreciation Promotion will help military families save thousands of dollars on the costs associated with owning or refinancing a home.
The promotion will run from April 1st through July 23rd and help military families receive discounts on expensive underwriting and processing fees.
LowVARates also officially declared May 31st – June 4th Arizona Military Appreciation Week. During the week, the men and women of the Arizona U.S. Armed Forces will be honored and the nation will celebrate the rich military history of Arizona.
Owner of LowVARates.com, Eric Kandell, knows that military and veterans play a huge role in this nation, particularly in Arizona.
“Arizona military personnel have done a lot through the years for the U.S. Armed Forces,” Kandell said. “This VA loan promotion will definitely help Arizona military families save money on home ownership and refinancing.”
ALL Arizona VA loans closed by Arizona military personnel and veterans during the 90 day military appreciation promotion will have their underwriting and processing fees waived.
This offer is approximately a $1,500 - $2,000 saving on the loan process and only available to military personnel and veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces.
VA home loans are only offered to military personnel and veterans providing families with lower interest rates, 100 % financing and no PMI (monthly insurance costs).
“The men and women of the U.S Armed Forces do so much for this great nation,” Kandell said. “We want to give back to the troops by providing them with a chance to have home ownership or refinance their existing loan.”
Military personnel and veterans have a huge involvement in Arizona’s demographic and have helped shape the states history.
There are currently close to 40,000 troops stationed on military bases in Arizona. The state has six major stations, including over 20,000 active duty military personnel. The state is also home to nearly 20,000 Reserve and National Guard members.
The Arizona military dates back to 1862 when Gov. Carleton declared himself military governor of Arizona. Soon after the state formed the Arizona military district that regulated Arizona and most of New Mexico.
On May 9th, 1916, the Arizona National Guard was officially called to service by the President Woodrow Wilson. The National Guard still plays a huge role in the culture of the state and has seen many troops serve faithful deployments around the world.
Today military personnel and veterans still have a huge involvement in Arizona’s demographic and continue to shape the states history.
Because the military is so prevalent in Arizona, LowVARates.com wants to thank all those how fight for our freedoms by offering an Arizona military discount.
This offer is available for military personnel and veterans looking to purchase a new home or refinance the rate of an existing loan. The offer will run April 1st through July 23rd 2010. Arizona Military Appreciation week will run from May 31st – June 4th.
