The SMART System has already helped us realize additional business with our customers

The SMART System, which stands for Services Maintenance And Renewal Tool, provides Arrow ECS' HP-authorized resellers with comprehensive data on each customer's current HP services agreements via a secure Web site. The tool features a variety of search capabilities to quickly and easily locate contracts.

Also, resellers can identify contracts that are within 30, 60 and 90 days of expiring and prepare renewal quotes directly from the SMART System. Resellers can download contracts for active agreements to share with their customers.

"Arrow ECS developed the SMART System to assist resellers with growing their HP services business," said Andy Bratton, vice president of Arrow ECS' HP Group. "This program helps resellers avoid lapses in coverage for their customers and identify additional revenue opportunities."

"The SMART System has already helped us realize additional business with our customers," said Pat O'Connor, business development manager of Agilysys. "For instance, we completed a technology refresh for a customer after identifying an opportunity through the SMART System data to replace the customer's older servers."
