The idea of a workout tailored to the needs to artists is a novel one and we believe there is a need for workout plans designed to enhance work performance in specific careers and lifestyles.

Workouts Inc. unveils the Artist Workout; a workout program specifically tailored to the fitness needs of artists and art majors. This six-week exercise plan is designed to strengthen the mind, body and enhance fine motor skills. The workout plan was written by International Best-Selling fitness author, James Villepigue, best known for his million plus selling “Body Sculpting Bible” series. James has taken his knowledge of fitness and exercise and directed it toward the creation of tailored career based workouts that target specific lifestyles.

The Artist Workout is a six-week exercise program divided into three two week phases, muscular endurance, strength and hypertrophy and functional balance. Work to rest ratios are included as well as overall achievement goals and important considerations.
