SourceMedical Announces Organizational Changes Following Acquisition

Source Medical Solutions, Inc. today announced a number of organizational changes following their successful acquisition of Serbin Surgery Center Billing, LLC, completed in December, 2010. Scott Stone is promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer of Revenue Cycle Solutions (RCS), a newly formed business unit of Source Medical, reporting directly to Larry McTavish, CEO. In this new role, Mr. Stone will assume full responsibility for all aspects of the RCS business unit. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Stone served as Source Medical CFO since March, 2005. Prior to joining Source Medical, he served in a variety of Sr. Management roles in the healthcare and technology sectors.

Caryl Serbin, founder and previous CEO of Serbin Surgery Center Billing, LLC is appointed to the new position of Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer reporting directly to Larry McTavish, CEO. In this new and expanded role, Ms. Serbin assumes full responsibility for all Corporate Development activity, including identification of appropriate strategic alliances and acquisitions.

Kim Fieldbinder is promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer reporting directly to Larry McTavish, CEO. Ms. Fieldbinder has been with Source Medical for nine years, and is a Certified Public Accountant. She has most recently served as VP and Controller.

Ken Morton is promoted to VP and Controller reporting directly to Ms. Fieldbinder. Mr. Morton has been with Source Medical since 2006, and previously served as Director of Finance.

Diana Henze is promoted to the role of Director of Finance replacing Mr. Morton. Ms. Henze joined Source Medical in 2007 as a Business Operations Analyst.
