ASCEND Global Consulting announces its launch today with a dedicated mission to help organizations and teams keep up with global workplace and culture trends.

Founded by Paul N. Larsen, an experienced human resources and business executive, the firm is eager to provide in-depth solutions to leaders and organizations. Growth in leadership and business can be achieved thanks to ASCEND’s hands on experience and expertise.

His most notable successes have been in advancing strategic vision, streamlining operations, driving profits and maximizing organizational growth.

Additionally, he has significant experience in building top-performing teams and organizations, always exceeding client expectations.

Larsen has a B.A. from the University of the Pacific and a M.A. in human resources and organization development from the University of San Francisco.
