Ascendify welcomes two new members to its leadership team, Jon Bennett as Vice President of Enterprise Sales and Jason Ball as Director of Engineering.

So, how did Ascendify, an emerging technology company, competing against the alluring cultures of Google, Facebook and Twitter, land top enterprise sales and engineering talent in Silicon Valley? Jon Bennett was referred to the company by one of the founders, and the ongoing relationship was nurtured over a period of months. Jason Ball was introduced to Ascendify, and tracked in Ascendify’s Candidate CRM module. Relationships were quickly formed with Ascendify’s existing team, advice was solicited from mutual social connections, and a decision to work together was made within a few weeks.
