Wii Bowling teams of residents from 16 BMA affordable assisted living communities in Illinois have qualified for the playoffs in the 2013 Affordable Assisted Living Coalition’s statewide Wii Bowling Tournament.
All of the communities operate through the Illinois Supportive Living program and serve older adults of all incomes, including those on Medicaid, who need some help to maintain their independence. They are managed by BMA Management, Ltd., of Bradley, Illinois.
The teams of residents qualified for the playoffs by finishing as one of the top four teams in their division after seven weeks of Wii bowling.
Nearly 80 teams from throughout the state entered the tournament, with 32 teams qualifying for the playoffs.
The playoffs will culminate in the Final Four competition May 14 and 15 at the Decatur Conference Center in Decatur, Illinois.

Cambridge House of O’Fallon
Eagle Ridge of Decatur
Heritage Woods of Aledo
Heritage Woods of Batavia
Heritage Woods of Bolingbrook
Heritage Woods of Centralia
Heritage Woods of Charleston
Heritage Woods of DeKalb
Heritage Woods of Manteno
Heritage Woods of McHenry
Heritage Woods of Moline
Heritage Woods of Mt. Vernon
Heritage Woods of Plainfield
Heritage Woods of Watseka
Heritage Woods of Yorkville
Teams from Heritage Woods of Bolingbrook, Charleston, DeKalb and McHenry finished first in their divisions.
In the 2012 tournament, teams from Cambridge House of Maryville and Heritage Woods of Bolingbrook qualified for the Final Four, with residents from Heritage Woods of Bolingbrook bringing home the Second Place trophy.
