BMA Senior Living Community to Host Informational Program on Stress and Humor

Heritage Woods of Centralia, a BMA senior living community, is hosting an informational program on Stress and Humor on April 30. The community in Centralia, Illinois features affordable assisted living apartments, senior living apartments, and rental homes for low-income adults 55 and older.

Heritage Woods of Centralia, a BMA senior living community, is hosting a Petersen Healthcare informational program on Stress and Humor at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 30.

The community, which is located at 2049 E. McCord St. in Centralia, Illinois, features affordable assisted living apartments, senior living apartments and rental homes for low-income adults 55 and older.

The informational program is open to the public. There is no charge to attend.

The community is managed by BMA Management, Ltd., the largest provider of assisted living in Illinois.

The affordable assisted living apartments are certified to operate through the Illinois Supportive Living program. Certified nursing assistants are on-duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week. All three meals each day, housekeeping and laundry are among the included services.

"Residents also benefit from all of the opportunities that are available to socialize with friends and neighbors and to participate in activities and special programs," says Broughton.
