Our approach is to place residents first in each and every decision we make.
Huntley, Illinois (PRWEB) October 20, 2012
The Heritage Woods of Huntley assisted living community has once again been awarded a Deficiency-Free Survey from the Illinois Department of Public Health.
Located in the Northwest Chicago suburb of Huntley, Illinois, Heritage Woods houses 72 assisted living apartments.
“We are honored to have received both a perfect score on the survey and to be one of the few assisted living communities in Illinois to be awarded a two-year license from the Department of Public Health,” says Susan Schaefer, Administrator of Heritage Woods.
In conducting the survey, representatives of the Illinois Department of Public Health conducted a detailed review of how Heritage Woods operates to ensure that the assisted living community is in compliance with the State’s standards and regulations. The survey process also is designed to ensure that the community is providing quality services to residents.
“Our focus at Heritage Woods is to provide residents with the help and personal assistance they need and with the love, compassion and dignity they deserve,” says Schaefer. “Our approach is to place residents first in each and every decision we make.”
Heritage Woods of Huntley has been managed by BMA Management, Ltd., since the community opened for occupancy in the summer of 2009.
Based in Bradley, Illinois, BMA is the largest provider of assisted living in Illinois and ranks as the 16th largest provider of assisted living in the country, according to the most recent survey conducted by Assisted Living Executive magazine.
